Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate with sales agents to escort clients during home showings Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help refine clients' home search preferences Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Generate at least 10 hours of lead activity weekly Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines Actively participate in team meetings and events following team standards Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one, with free assistance provided to acquire the license if needed
