Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner Assist clients by providing detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and sellers to ensure smooth showing experiences Maintain accurate records of showings, client feedback, and follow-up actions Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to support client needs and transaction processes Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the team Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and support the overall sales process

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Showing Assistant or similar role in real estate Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types in Lexington, USA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple property showings efficiently and professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Proficient with real estate software and mobile applications High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications are a plus Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality required
