Primary Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success Work closely alongside sales agents to help clients discover their ideal homes Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients' home search preferences Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts Engage in weekly script practice sessions as guided by the team Participate actively in team events and initiatives following team guidelines Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls Keep precise records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology

Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to client satisfaction Energetic, positive, and self-motivated attitude Comfortable with regular driving duties Proficient in evaluating client needs and aligning them with suitable properties Motivated to learn and develop professionally Goal-driven with a proven history of achievement High school diploma or equivalent required Valid real estate license

Compensation

$65,000 - $90,000 USD annually

This position is commission-based.
