Shot Server High Tip Potential!
Job Description
DoubleTree Rapid City and Gold Bison Grill are looking for a dynamic and energetic shot server to join our team for New Year's Eve and the Black Hills Stock show from Friday, January 31st through Sunday, February 8th. Additional shifts in other roles (for example: Event Bartender) may be available as well.
As a shot server, you will be responsible for delivering alcoholic drinks to our guests in a fast-paced and crowded party environment. You must be 21 years or older and comfortable managing multiple transactions accurately.
Shot servers ensure all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Servers often make recommendations to our guests and answer questions about events in progress. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our guests are served responsibly and that they are 21 years or older.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for great guest service. Being able to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of orders is also needed to perform well in this role.
