Job Overview

This is an entry-level shop position with hands-on training provided. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, detail oriented, and takes pride in their work. You'll assist with building, assembling, finishing, and installing countertops and cabinets while developing valuable skills in a specialized trade.

Responsibilities

Assist in the fabrication of countertops and cabinets Learn and operate shop tools, saws, and fabrication equipment Help with cutting, sanding, polishing, and finishing materials Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries as needed Work with the team to meet project timelines and quality standards

Skills

No prior experience required -- we will train the right person Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Basic mechanical aptitude a plus Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
