Shop Supervisor in Columbia City, IN.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of 7-10 mechanics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Champion safe work practices. Ensure high quality standards are upheld. Effectively communicate by providing direction, assigning jobs, and supporting execution of the shop schedule. Collaborate with a skilled team to achieve company goals and drive growth. Utilize knowledge of equipment installation on trucks ranging from light duty pick ups to the largest class 8 vehicle. Utilize knowledge of automotive wiring and hydraulic systems. Perform welding tasks as needed. Technical troubleshooting of an upfit. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs. as necessary. Proficient use of MRP/ERP.
