Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shop management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shop activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks will include customer interactions and answering phone calls. Using computer software to make repair orders, file and record them. Check out customers once work is completed. Helping with affiliated car dealership vehicle for vehicle pre-sale inspections.

Requirements

Proven experience in shop management or a similar role. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the shop environment. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
