Shop Manager - Mechanic Shop (Fullbay Experience Preferred)

Location: Fairbanks Alaska

About Us:

We're a busy, growing mechanic shop that takes pride in honest work, quality repairs, and keeping our customers' vehicles running right. We're looking for a Shop Manager who can keep things organized, lead the team, and help the shop run smoothly day-to-day.

If you've got experience with Fullbay, that's a big plus -- we use it to manage workflow, parts, and repair orders.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily shop operations and schedule mechanics

Open and manage work orders using Fullbay (or similar software) Communicate with customers and vendors about jobs and timelines Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe Manage parts orders and inventory Support the team, monitor quality, and help things stay on track Handle simple admin tasks and ensure jobs are billed correctly
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a mechanic shop or service manager role Fullbay experience strongly preferred Good communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of automotive or heavy-duty repair workflow Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
