Duties

Track and order inventory so we are fully stocked for the day. Move and park customer vehicle in designated spot to not disturb work flow. document mileage of customers vehicles document with photos all sides of customer vehicle and document if any damages are present. assist service advisor with duties Input invoice numbers to purchase order # Check and match part numbers to parts being delivered check stock of inventory and replenish as needed Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular stock checks Picking up parts when needed assist technicians when needed help bring vehicles around to deliver to customers help maintain a clean shop throughout the day answer phone calls in needed place floor mats on every customer vehicle lock and secure vehicle staying overnight create returns slips for vendors to pick up returns for part not needed assist in pulling in vehicles at the end of day
