Position Title:

Shipping/Receiving/Customer Service.

No experience necessary.

Location: Springfield, IL Reports to:

Fulfillment Center Manager

Position Type: Full Time, salaried. Hours 7:30 to 3:30 M-F and No weekends!

RESPONSIBILITIES Fulfill outbound retail online and wholesale orders. Maintain inbound shipments and organize warehouse. Assemble components into product kits. Provide customer service through email, phone and Facebook. EXPERIENCE/ ABILITY High school degree or above. Proficient in computer skills. Fast learning and motivated in product knowledge. People-savvy in engaging with colleagues and customers. The following skills are preferred but not required: 12V electrical experience and mechanically inclined; experienced in warehouse management or online retail.
