Job Description

Looking for a candidate with warehouse experience to perform shipping, receiving, and fulfillment tasks including but not limited to:

Review job tickets in system to ensure all shipping requirements are clearly documented and understood. If the instructions are not clear communicate questions to the appropriate Customer Service Representative Add tracking information and shipping cost to the job ticket, change status to shipped in system once order is processed. Ensure all jobs are going out using the appropriate shipping method. To ensure products are received in good condition and using the most economical method based on the documented requirements. Freight vs. Parcel, ground vs. Express, etc. Ensure all incoming products have a packing slip that has an in-house job number, item code, item description, quantity per carton, total number of cartons, and total quantity. If the shipping documentation does not have all the above information, ensure the product is placed in a holding area until the appropriate information can be obtained. Using an inventory system, pick all the appropriate items from inventory. Check all items picked against system ticket to ensure part numbers including the revision numbers are accurate. Ship fulfillment orders per the shipping requirements on the ticket. Add tracking and shipping into the inventory system and ship order off the system. Ensure all inventory is organized in one or more locations of the warehouse. The inventory in the warehouse should be organized by client and like product. Ensure the warehouse is clean and stays organized. Perform frequent cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory counts.
Pay based on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
