Responsibilities

Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all outbound and inbound shipments. Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory control, including stock levels, order picking, packing, and materials handling. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 to track shipments, update records, and generate reports. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse distribution workflows. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks. Manage logistics partnerships including third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.

Skills

Solid understanding of logistics principles, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques. Ability to lead teams effectively with excellent team management skills in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with OSHA regulations to ensure safety compliance across all warehouse activities. Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL environments is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in process documentation and reporting. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
