Job Description

Shipping Support:

Provide expert assistance in packing and shipping service parts to meet our high standards.

Order Management:

Generate outbound orders and monitor the backlog to ensure timely fulfillment of service parts requirements.

Urgent Requests:

Pick, pack, and ship urgent requests with precision and speed, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Delivery Monitoring:

Keep a close eye on urgent part deliveries, escalating requests as necessary to guarantee timely delivery.

Tracking and Escalation:

Utilize SAP and Choice Portal to track parts and handle escalation calls with professionalism.

Problem Solving:

Assist in resolving any issues related to shipping or receiving, ensuring seamless operations.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety and shipping regulations, maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.

Organization:

Stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively, contributing to the department's growth.
