Job Description

Colorado Saddlery is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and reliable shipping / receiving / Inventory coordinator to manage the movement of goods with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.


This critical role ensures that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.



Key Responsibilities:

Accurately receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders. Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders according to company procedures and customer sales orders. Maintain detailed records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation in our tracking systems. Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or shipping issues. Preform inventory counts and assist with stock management to ensure accurate warehouse records. Customer Service support (Horse knowledge preferred)


Qualifications:

Proven experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or shipping software Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of our team. Forklift experience is a plus Customer service support
