WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging freight for all inbound and outbound shipments across the organization. You will prepare all necessary documentation to ensure shipments are delivered accurately and in accordance with all regulatory requirements. You will track shipments and provide updates, as requested, to our customer service team. You will monitor freight invoices and communicate with carrier partners to resolve billing discrepancies. You will work with the warehouse and sales teams to validate freight claims and file claims documentation with carriers. In addition, you will assist other teams as needed to support smooth operations, all while living and demonstrating our core company values.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Haves


1+ years of experience in warehouse shipping operations Familiarity with shipping software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support other departments

Preferred


Experience with My Carrier or similar TMS Experience with international freight Prior experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment
