We are seeking an organized and efficient Shipping Clerk to join our 3rd shift team in Park City, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations during night hours.

Process outgoing shipments, including preparing shipping labels, packing slips, and customs documentation Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging of items for shipment Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the company's shipping software and inventory management systems Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery of shipments Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping-related issues Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Proficiency in shipping software and inventory management systems Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work 3rd shift hours and occasional overtime as needed Forklift certification preferred
