About the Role

Centro, Inc. is seeking an experienced

Shipping and Receiving Leader

to oversee all aspects of our material handling operations. This role provides leadership and coordination for Shipping & Receiving, Central Stores, and Resin Processing teams to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials and products.


You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive on-time, high-quality shipments while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the Shipping & Receiving, Central Stores, and Resin Processing teams. Plan, coordinate, and monitor on-time product shipments to customers. Maintain accurate inventory of WIP and finished goods. Ensure compliance with safety systems and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction. Train, coach, and cross-train team members to build skill depth and flexibility. Drive continuous improvement using problem-solving and root cause analysis. Promote Centro's core values:

What We're Looking For

Associate degree or coursework in materials management or relevant experience required. Minimum

2 years of shipping and receiving experience

in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in basic computer and communication tools (email, inventory systems). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 30-100F.
