Production & Shipping Associate

, you'll play a key role in bringing our jewelry collections to life--making sure every product is packed beautifully, accurately, and ready to thrill our customers and consultants.

Role Overview

The

Production & Shipping Associate

supports all daily operations in labeling, assembly, counting, packing, fulfillment, and inventory organization. This person ensures Ryze jewelry is prepared with care, shipped accurately, and handled with the high standards that represent our brand.

This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Duties

Label, assemble, and prepare jewelry products following Ryze Party quality standards Box, bag, tag, and seal products with accuracy and consistency Assist with batching large production runs for jewelry collections Maintain clean workstation and follow organization processes Prepare reveal boxes and packaging supplies for upcoming launches Report defects, shortages, and inconsistencies to management

Shipping & Fulfillment

Pick and pack consultant and customer orders with precision Prepare large bulk orders for consultant launches Create shipping labels and process shipments through our shipping software Ensure all outgoing packages meet Ryze Party packaging standards Organize outgoing parcels for pickup and verify daily shipments

Inventory & Organization

Help count and track inventory during production cycles Replenish supplies (bags, labels, boxes, charms, chains, etc.) Maintain accurate storage systems Assist with periodic audits to prevent shortages and improve workflow

Qualifications

High attention to detail--accuracy matters! Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Strong organization and time-management skills Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency Basic computer skills for printing labels and logging information Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or production environments Familiarity with shipping platforms

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
