Job Summary

As a Shift Supervisor your responsibilities include; restaurant operations, product preparation, customer relations, team management, and ensuring that the highest quality of products and services are delivered to each customer every day.

Assistant Unit Manager - Continue to move up the ladder and become a manager with 6-24 months of Shift Supervisor experience Restaurant General Manager - Reach the top with 2-4 years of Assistant Unit Manager Experience Above Restaurant Leader - Continue to advance and build your career by moving into a regional position

Role Expectations

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation to and from work Dependable work record Must be able to pass a criminal background check and the ability to work alongside minors Minimum of 1-year customer service and supervisor experience Authorized to work in the United States
