Franchisee, Lee Prior, started with Domino\'s as a CSR when he was 19 years old. In a very short time he was promoted through the ranks of Assistant Manager and then General Manager of the Rockland, Maine store. Domino\'s Pizza is hiring the next generation of its leadership, starting with Shift Managers. We are looking for the right individuals to be responsible for opening or closing our stores and make sure we are operating at our highest level all day, every day. This is the first step to becoming a part of our Management Program. It\'s a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

In addition: Paperwork, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability. Receive and process telephone orders. Handle sensitive and confidential customer information in a responsible manner. Execute credit transactions. Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone. Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun. Operate all equipment. Clean equipment and facility daily. Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, preparing product, and taking orders. \xc2\xb7 Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Must have verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination
between eyes and hands/finders to make precise movements rapidly and accurately with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

\xc2\xb7 Operate all equipment.
\xc2\xb7 Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare product.
\xc2\xb7 Receive and process telephone orders.
\xc2\xb7 Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
\xc2\xb7 Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication Skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

\xc2\xb7 In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
\xc2\xb7 Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to cornmeal dust.
\xc2\xb7 Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
\xc2\xb7 Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.

\xc2\xb7 Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.

SENSING:

Additional Information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:

Standing

Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".

Walking

\xc2\xb7 For short distances for short durations

\xc2\xb7 Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer\'s location.

Sitting

Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table

Lifting

\xc2\xb7 Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.

\xc2\xb7 Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3\' x 1.5\'.

\xc2\xb7 Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.

Carrying

\xc2\xb7 Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.

\xc2\xb7 Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.

\xc2\xb7 Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.

\xc2\xb7 During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.

Pushing

\xc2\xb7 To move trays which are placed on dollies.

\xc2\xb7 A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.

\xc2\xb7 Trays may also be pulled.

Climbing

\xc2\xb7 Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.

Stooping/Bending

\xc2\xb7 Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.

\xc2\xb7 Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.

\xc2\xb7 Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.

\xc2\xb7 Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting

Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

Reaching

\xc2\xb7 Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.

\xc2\xb7 Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.

\xc2\xb7 Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.

\xc2\xb7 Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Hand Tasks

\xc2\xb7 Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.

\xc2\xb7 Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.

\xc2\xb7 Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.

\xc2\xb7 Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.

\xc2\xb7 Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids

Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

Driving Specific Job Duties

\xc2\xb7 Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift.

\xc2\xb7 Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.

\xc2\xb7 Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires

\xc2\xb7 Valid driver\'s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.

\xc2\xb7 Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
