Responsibilities
Learn system, train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded
Lead employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost-effective method
Provide great customer service with a smile.
Follow health and safety protocols
Ability to count money and lock door at closing.
Make burritos, tacos and other items in front of customers
Qualifications
Responsible.
Must love working with others.
Experience working in high volume kitchen
Excellent customer service skills
Knife skills
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
