Job Description

We are hiring a Shift Leader to join our team of cheerful and personable individuals. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in brewing drinks and making delicious coffee-house products, and will also have strong customer service skills. We're looking for an individual who is up-to-date on the most popular food items, and can help our customers find exactly what they want. We're interested in finding someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making great coffee for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Brew coffee and espresso drinks. Maintain an organized workstation and clean equipment. Demonstrate a passion for coffee and a commitment to quality. Have consistently made specialty coffee drinks that I am familiar with. Be familiar with equipment. Have prior experience working in the service industry as a bartender, server, food runner, or with cooking. Follow proper hygiene procedures (washing hands, using gloves, etc.). Have a forte for making specialty coffee drinks such as a latte or cappuccino. Know how to make the most common coffee orders, such as drip coffee and drip espresso
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.35 - $18.19 per hour
