Shift Leader

who will play a key role in leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing crew members, and making sure that all procedures are followed to maintain high standards. What You'll Do:

, you'll be the glue that holds the store together during your shift. Your mission?

Lead, support, and energize your team

to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Run the Show

- Supervise crew members, delegate tasks, and keep operations running like a well-oiled pizza oven.

Be the Expert

- Master every station, from the makeline to the oven, ensuring quality and accuracy in every order.

Deliver Excellence

- Provide top-notch customer service, handling guest interactions with professionalism and a smile.

Maintain Standards

- Keep the store spotless, ensure food safety, and follow operational procedures to maintain our Five-Star Gold standard.

Problem-Solve on the Fly

- Address challenges quickly and effectively, keeping the team motivated and solutions-focused.

Drive Success

- Support delivery efficiency by coordinating with drivers and optimizing routes.

Keep Us Stocked & Ready

- Monitor inventory levels and complete opening/closing duties to set the next shift up for success.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to work weekends Must be able to work up to 11:45 PM on weekdays and 12:45 AM on weekends Ability to work opening or closing shifts Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with supervisors, teammates, and guests Accurately and efficiently count money Reliable transportation for performing bank runs and/or deliveries Reliable, prompt, and punctual Serve Safe Certification (or willing to get certified) Restaurant experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
