We are seeking a highly motivated candidates to join our team. The Shift Leader will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. The position that we are specifically looking to fill is to be our closing Shift Leader.

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Manage and supervise a team, specifically those that are part of the closing shift for the location
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Ensure that membership sales continue thru the close of business during each shift

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to analyze sales data
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
