Create and maintain a guest focused culture
Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
Ensure shift is staffed and meets guest service goals
o Ensure shift has adequate product for use and prepared as directed o Action plans to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment
Action plans to drive system improvements
Profitability
Control costs while also driving service and sales goals
Manage in-restaurant cash and banking procedures to standard
Execute promotions with team training and sampling
Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent reading and writing in English
Basic computer skills
Math and financial management
1 year restaurant or retail experience
1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
Food Safety trained (certified preferred)
