You'll be the go-to person for your crew, handling opens, closes, and everything in between. You'll make sure the store runs smooth, guests leave happy, and the team feels supported -- all while rocking that signature Cheba energy.

What You'll Be Doing

Running shifts like a boss -- opens, closes, mid-day transitions, and everything that pops up in between Leading and motivating the crew to hit goals and keep morale high Handling cash drops, safe counts, and daily paperwork Ensuring food quality, speed, and service meet Cheba Hut standards Jumping in wherever needed -- line, register, expo, prep, or dishes (we all do it) Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and ready to roll for the next shift Communicating clearly with management and helping train newer team members Being the calm in the chaos when things get busy -- because they will

What We're Looking For

1+ year of restaurant or shift-lead experience preferred (but we'll train the right personality) Reliable, responsible, and ready to lead by example Comfortable working both opens and closes on rotation Organized, communicative, and confident in handling cash and operations Cool under pressure and quick on your feet A natural motivator who can rally the team when it counts Loves people, music, and sandwiches -- in that order (kidding... kinda)
