, work hand-in-hand with everyone else. We strive to create delicious food and drinks in an environment that is safe and friendly, and to let our customers know that we care. We are currently looking for a new
shift leader
who is open to working anywhere upwards of 20 hours/week. Our business hours are
8am-4pm
,
Monday-Saturday
(Closed on Sundays).
Responsibilities
Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked environment
Ensures that all set cleaning tasks are completed by the end of the day
Performs all POS duties, front and back of house functions, including opening and closing procedures
Establishes effective and positive communication amongst all VIPs
Assists the General Manager in maintaining proper coverage, ensuring that the store maintains customer service standards and team members adhere to meal and break policy
Ensure all cash handling procedures are upheld and is accountable for store funds while running a shift
Provides guidance and actively sets an example for VIPs, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are maintained and followed
Supports the training and development of all VIPS
Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and VIP incidents to the manager

Experience in customer service and coffee is a plus but not required (all job training will occur onsite)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
