We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring food safety, and supervising staff to create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Supervise and train team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demands. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial accountability during shifts. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Implement training development programs to enhance team performance and service quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proven ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high operational standards. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees. Experience in bar management is a plus, along with knowledge of beverage service protocols. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with both staff and customers.
