Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence.

Duties

- Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff members on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Coordinate with management to address any issues or concerns that arise during shifts
- Assist in food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts

Skills

- Experience in food service, preferably in casual dining or hotel settings
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and industry trends
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
