A great attitude and a desire to be a part of a team. If you have a passion for quality, a mind for business, and the capability to treat others with dignity and respect, you'll fit right in. Be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. Possess basic math and solid problem-solving skills. Nights and weekends are busy, so you'll need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. While not required, Serv-Safe or Local/State Food Service Certification is preferred A bonus would be previous restaurant shift lead experience
