Supports Store Manager in day-to-day store needs in accordance with overall company policy and improve commercial performance of store by maximizing profitability and meeting customer demands.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business:
Responds to customer service
Support managing business to attain sales budgets
Complies with and assures all operational policies/procedures are followed
Works with Store Manager to understand sales figures
Open/Close store for business and prepares necessary reports and accountability for register balance
Updates team/colleagues on business game plan
Product/Merchandising/Marketing:
Supports Store Manager informing of novelty, apparel and headwear stock needs
Proper receipt of inventory and operational policies related to inventory management
Walks floor to identify merchandising issues and/or opportunities
Organizes promotions, displays and events
Personnel:
Manages and motivates team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
May assist manager with staffing, i.e. interviewing & training
Ensures standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
