$350 sign-on bonus (paid in two parts)

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead by example to ensure smooth, efficient, and organized shifts Coach, guide, and support crew members to reach their full potential Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience (food service experience preferred) Must be available to close

at least two nights per week

(non-negotiable) Reliable, punctual, and eager to advance within a growing company
