Key Responsibilities:

Control labor, food, and cash according to established procedures Develop team members to enhance performance and earnings Complete daily inventories and sales reports Conduct drawer counts and manage deposits Experience in breakfast and drive-thru operations is a plus Understand that your success is tied to the success of your team

Requirements:

1+ year of experience managing a team (preferred) Strong customer service mindset Must be at least 18 years old Work authorization in the United States is required
