```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift, such as chopping vegetables, cooking meat, or preparing sauces
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
- Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or dietary department preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
