We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining room, including overseeing cash register transactions
- Train new employees on positions, company policies, and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and cash handling
- Strong mathematical skills for managing transactions and inventory
- Ability to provide employee orientation and training
- Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of sales management principles to drive revenue growth
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
