Facilitates and directs employee's workflow within the assigned department, including distributing work,
reassigning employees to areas due to absences, answering questions, and resolving problems on the shift
Effectively communicates and supports customer service regarding priority jobs that are in the area or coming to
the area for processing
Anticipates and reacts to productions problems or delays and equipment malfunctions. Communicates with
Management on related delays or malfunctions
Maintains the shop in an orderly 5S and well-kept manner
Evaluates and trains the employees on the shift based on communicated expectations from Management
Assists in accident investigation and corrective action
