A precision machining and automation company is seeking a

hands-on Shop Supervisor

to oversee daily operations and lead a team of CNC machinists. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and ready to take ownership of production flow and quality.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support CNC machinists in daily operations Manage scheduling, workflow, and production efficiency Program and troubleshoot using Mastercam Ensure quality control and safety standards are met Coordinate with management on timelines and priorities

Qualifications:

3+ years of CNC machining and leadership experience Proficiency with Haas machines preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.14 - $33.89 per hour
