Stable Hours

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hours/week).

What You'll Do

Fabricate HVAC sheet metal products using tools like brakes, shears, spot welders, rollers, and industrial forming machines. Cut, bend, form, and assemble metal components according to SMACNA guidelines and customer specifications. Occasionally deliver products to local customers (no CDL required). Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow OSHA safety protocols.

Dependability

- Show up on time and ready to work.

Mechanical Aptitude

- Ability to work with hand tools, machines, and measurements.

Eagerness to Learn

- No experience required; we'll train the right person.

Physical Ability

- Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.

Drug-Free

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Wage:

$17-$25/hr depending on experience.

Pay Raises:

Based on reliability, performance, and mastery of machines/processes.
