Position Description:

As part of our production team, you'll:

Learn to operate advanced equipment including

CNC machines, lasers, routers, punch presses, and shears

.

Manufacture precision

metal nameplates, plastic labels, signs, and tags

.

Read blueprints and plans, cut, bend, drill, and machine materials to exact specifications.

Use precision tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality.

Assist with the setup, maintenance, and repair of shop equipment.

Gain exposure to

CAD design software

What We're Looking For

Strong

math skills

and mechanical aptitude.

Comfortable with

computers, technology, and learning new systems

.

Strong mechanical skills.

Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to read and follow blueprints, sketches, or instructions (training provided).

Team player with a strong work ethic.

Prior exposure to tools, shop class, robotics, CAD, or fabrication is a plus--but

we're ready to train motivated beginners

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Comfortable standing on your feet for most of the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
