Job Description

The Applications Development Section is actively seeking one (1) SharePoint Online SME and Power Platform Developer at the Tier II or III level.

FPI's SharePoint Online environment consists of 60+ site collections hosted on JMD's Azure Cloud (GCC High) platform. The individual hired for this position must have expertise in SharePoint Online administration, including knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities. Additionally, proficiency in developing solutions using the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is required.

Core Responsibilities



As SharePoint Administrator, the individual will be responsible for managing and developing SharePoint Online environments, including OneDrive/TEAMS integration, while also possessing proficiency in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI reporting, O365 email, and O365 Teams administration. In addition, the individual will also be responsible for developing training materials, managing SharePoint governance, and for mentoring other technical staff and site owners. The candidate will also recommend updates and enhancements to SharePoint sites along with any related tools and supplemental web parts used throughout the production lifecycle.

Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements



Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration Proficiency in configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions Demonstrated experience in developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and best practices Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions Familiarity with governance and compliance standards in SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments Experience with OneDrive Integration: Configure and manage OneDrive integration within SharePoint Online environments Ensure seamless integration of OneDrive for Business with other O365 services and applications Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Certifications in SharePoint and/or Power Platform are preferred but not required References from previous clients or employers highlighting successful implementations in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
