What You'll Do
As a
Production Sewer
, you'll bring comfort to life--literally. Using industrial single-needle and serger machines, you'll sew, close, and finish filled products such as pillows and pet beds. You'll be a key part of the production process that ensures every item leaving our facility meets the same high standards our customers expect.
Your day will include:
Operating industrial sewing machines (single-needle and serger) to assemble and close filled items.
Inspecting seams and finished goods for quality and consistency.
Performing light machine maintenance and keeping your workstation clean and safe.
Helping in other production areas such as pre-inspection, in-line inspection, and pack-out when needed.
Meeting or exceeding daily production targets as part of a supportive, fast-moving team.
What We're Looking For
Experience using industrial sewing machines (single-needle and serger).
Great attention to detail and pride in your work.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
A team player-attitude--you like helping others and getting the job done right.
High School diploma or GED required.
