$3.50 to $5.00 hourly

Position Summary:

As a Server Key Holder, you'll wear two hats--providing excellent front-of-house service as a server, while also taking on leadership duties including opening/closing responsibilities, staff support, and floor supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a management role in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding table service in line with restaurant standards. Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the premises. Support management by overseeing shifts when a supervisor or manager is not present. Ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain service quality throughout. Train and mentor new staff members when needed. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Prior key holder or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively. Must be at least 18 years old . Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. POS system proficiency and strong cash-handling skills.

: This is an earned position. The starting position is a member of our waitstaff, then once enough experience is gained, you will be promoted to key-holder.
