Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME)/ Developer to join a Government Consulting company located in Colorado Springs, CO. The ServiceNow SME/ Developer will lead efforts to integrate the Air Force Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) with ServiceNow for asset management and automation.
Responsibilities:

• Assess existing DPAS and ServiceNow environments for integration readiness.
• Design and implement integration between ServiceNow and DPAS for asset management.
• Develop import templates and migrate validated asset inventories into DPAS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Air Force requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for integration processes.
• Support automation workflows from ServiceNow to DPAS post-integration.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development/architecture.
• Specialized Knowledge: Hands-on experience with DPAS integration (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of asset management processes within DoD environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Air Force systems preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $160,000-$220,000 (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave, and Holidays.
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
• Location: 100% onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
