Key Responsibilities



Define and maintain ServiceNow standards, best practices, and governance Lead design and implementation of scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or other modules Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders Provide hands-on architecture, development guidance, and mentorship to development teams Architectural reviews, technical assessments, and instance health checks Design and oversee integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and orchestration Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and roadmap planning Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the ServiceNow platform Stay current on ServiceNow features, capabilities, and roadmap * Hands-on Experience on ServiceNow Analytics for monitoring KPIs and Metrics.
