About the Role:

We're looking for a ServiceNow Developers to join our growing US team in Baltimore. In this role, you will support and enhance ServiceNow projects, develop process workflows and automation strategies, and collaborate closely with colleagues during architecture and design reviews.

You will help create key solution artifacts such as roadmaps, operational optimization recommendations, and architecture diagrams often thinking beyond user-story requirements to design scalable, long-term solutions.

You may also support growth-related activities, including prototypes and presentations, while maintaining certifications relevant to your practice area. Basic Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, OR Master's degree and 1+ year, OR 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM including HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR). 3+ years of experience leading technical discussions, solution reviews, or driving technical change. 3+ years of industry experience (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.). Experience working with the US Federal Government. Must be able to obtain and maintain a

Public Trust

(contract requirement).

Technical Skills

ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer). Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals. Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, integrations, and technical impacts across the platform. Experience supporting IT data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM) Experience implementing JavaScript automation within ServiceNow. Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols. Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP. Specialized ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, HR) are a plus. Experience with web development technologies, such as: XHTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, JavaScript, Java, .NET, PHP, Angular or similar frameworks

Additional Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical solutions clearly and succinctly. Strong technical leadership with the initiative to take on additional responsibilities. Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Project Management or Agile certification (preferred). ITIL v4 Foundations certification (preferred).
