Our company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform for a federal client. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform to meet organizational needs, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and complete technical tasks related to ServiceNow configuration and implementation, supporting Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 services. Provide software coding and configuration services including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, scripting, integrations, and custom application development. Create and maintain service catalog items and workflows to support organizational needs. Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools to enhance platform functionality. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership visibility. Deliver training and support for end-users and administrators to improve platform adoption. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within ServiceNow. Create and maintain system design and operations documentation for ServiceNow environments. Advise on the impact of proposed changes to the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem. Provide ServiceNow administration, sustainment, and subject matter expertise to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units.

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL Certification
