Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the powersport and marine industry and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs
- Transmit work orders to the service department
- Provide estimates for services and repairs
- Coordinate oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, alignments, and other automotive maintenance tasks
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing service timelines
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate service recommendations
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles during the service process

-Assist Customer's with looking up parts and placing parts orders

Requirements

- Previous experience in service or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of estimating, and powersport engine repair is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
