Job Summary

Country Fuels are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various service areas for oil fired heating systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment while providing exceptional customer service. The Service Technician will work on-site and be responsible for maintaining and repairing systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, refrigeration units, and other mechanical equipment. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments, including residential homes and commercial properties. Provide property maintenance services as required.

Experience

Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a related field is preferred. Knowledge of HVAC design principles and practices is essential. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Hazmat Endorsement is a plus. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
