Service Technician-Operations Lead

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour + (bonus potential)

Service Technician

, you play a direct role in analyzing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment to determine repair needs. Perform preventive maintenance tasks, interface with customers, document labor time and parts used for service billing, maintain company service vehicle and support the service manager to achieve quota goals. This job can rapidly grow into a hands-on

Operations Team Lead

if you possess the proper skill set and leadership skills. As Operations Team Lead you will play a direct role in leading and supervising a team of technicians who are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and refurbishing industrial type batteries. Maintain up-to date knowledge of battery technologies and repair techniques. It also includes, performing performance review and ensuring technicians adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements Service Technician:

Valid driver's license and an adequate driving record required. Previous experience with electrical/mechanical or other related fields preferred. Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, onsite and mobile. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. Analytical problem-solving skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of batteries and chargers.
