Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in door hardware business. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various mechanical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. The Service Technician will work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing their expertise to maintain and enhance the functionality of our clients' systems.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair Hotel Cardlock System performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on Fitness GYM equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts for effective repairs.
- Drive a company van to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Experience with door hardware or cabling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
